Health, wellbeing and student living.

Castlebank Quay is earmarked for a 22 acre Health & Wellbeing Spa resort by Therme.

This is currently in design with a planning application expected to be made in 2026 with development on site starting late 2027.

The site already features Scotway House, a circa 500 bed purpose built student accommodation development.

Scotway House also has an opportunity for retail/office/leisure use in Glasgow’s West End.
