Glasgow Prestwick Airport is a main base for Ryanair and serves European destinations and is located 32 miles southwest of the city.

Edinburgh Airport services most major international airlines and is located 39 miles from Glasgow.

The Subway is one of the easiest ways to get around the city centre, west end and southside of Glasgow.

Running every 4 minutes, it takes just 24 minutes to complete a circuit of the 15 stations of the Subway distributed over a 10 mile circuit of the West end and city centre of Glasgow with eight stations to the North of the River Clyde and seven to the south
