The four neighbourhoods.

Yorkhill Quay

1,100 residential units, a 200 bed hotel and family leisure development join the existing Riverside Museum, Clydeside Distillery & Whiskey Museum and a riverside walkway.

Castlebank Quay

Earmarked for a 22 acre Health & Wellbeing Spa resort by Therme. The site already features Scotway House, a circa 500 bed purpose built student accommodation development.

Merklands Quay.

Master planning on this site is underway for a residential led development featuring some alternative leisure uses at the west end of the site.

Meadowside Quay

Comprising circa 1,600 residential units for sale with two drive-thru restaurants added in 2022. The final 324 Build To Rent units are now complete plus a riverside walkway and significant public realm.
