Peel Waters owns a commercial and industrial development portfolio across the west of Scotland and on the Clyde. Most of this development is concentrated in Glasgow Waters – one of the largest and most exciting regeneration projects in Scotland.
Revitalising over 100 acres of former dockland, Glasgow Waters is a residential led, mixed use, highly sustainable new community at a key riverside location, connecting the City Centre and the West End.
Glasgow Waters is made up of four neighbourhood areas – Yorkhill Quay, Castlebank Quay, Merklands Quay and Meadowside Bank.
